2. Delivery Time
We aim to deliver orders across Pakistan within:
Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Areas: 3–6 business days
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard Delivery: Calculated at checkout or offered free on selected promotions
Any additional charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the provided address.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If the order remains undelivered, it may be returned to us. Re-delivery may require additional charges.
